The campaign

What I’ll focus on

01 / MEMBER SUPPORT

My number one priority is supporting YOU.

Every member of SEA deserves to be heard, no matter your rank, role, or how long you’ve been here. I want to hear your suggestions, concerns, and ideas.

Not every suggestion will be possible, but I promise to listen, take your input seriously, and work with the right people to turn good ideas into action. My time as Marshal will focus on what the community wants and needs.

02 / REFORMS

Moderation Management Reform

I’ll give Senior Moderators a stronger voice in major decisions through a council system. The Moderation Manager will remain the department’s leader, with major decisions requiring support from Senior Moderators. Shared access to evidence and more regular voting will make moderation more balanced, transparent, and accountable.

03 / HR SUPPORT

Support for HRs

I’ll provide HRs with more support and resources to help them make the changes they want to see and reach the goals they set for our community.

Meet utebug13

Hi, I’m utebug13. I currently serve as Head of Game Moderation alongside two colleagues. Together, we lead the moderation department and help coordinate events. Since joining the community in 2019, I’ve held a wide range of roles, including leading divisions and serving as head of the Events Department in 2023.

Those experiences have given me the chance to work with many of you and get to know what makes this community special. I care deeply about its future, and I’m excited for the opportunity to serve as your next Marshal.
